NPDES PERMIT FEE CHANGES AND PLAN SUBMISSION DEADLINES (REVISED : October 18, 2010) News :Changes to Title 25, Chapter 102 regulations become effective November 19, 2010. Any project needing an NPDES Permit that is submitted to the Conservation District for review or renewal will be affected by the new Chapter 102 Regulations and NPDES fees imposed by the DEP. General NPDES Permit Fees: $500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Delaware County Clean Water Fund and $100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund Individual NPDES Permit Fees: $1,500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Delaware County Clean Water Fund and $100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund IMPORTANT PLAN REVIEW INFORMATION: Plans submitted to the Conservation District prior to November 19, 2010 will fall under the current 102 regulations and will be reviewed under those conditions. Any plan that is submitted after November 19, 2010 will be subject to the new Title 25, Chapter 102 Regulations, and fees. If permit applications are submitted prior to November 19, 2010, and found to be substantially incomplete will be returned minus the application fee, and be required to submit under the new regulations and new fees.
