History of DCEN
The Network was founded in June
1990 in response to the need for:
A county wide means to increase public awareness of environmental issues
affecting the quality of life in Delaware County.
To develop a greater sense of local stewardship.
To develop a network to help residents serve more effectively as stakeholders to
preserve and enhance the quality of life and the environment of their
communities, and the county at large.
