** Beginning 4/1/07, the following Anti-Degradation form will be required as part of an Individual NPDES permit application package. This form is required for the package to be considered administratively complete. Currently, PA DEP is not requiring Anti-Degradation forms for General NPDES permits. However, if the project is high impact, controversial, or could result in thermal impacts to the receiving waters, DEP or the county Conservation District may request this form as part of the review process, regardless of the type of permit you are applying for.
