DEP has announced the availability of the reissued PAG-02 General Permit for Discharges of Stormwater Associated with Construction Activities (2024 PAG-02). The existing (2019) PAG-02 General Permit expires on December 7, 2024. All existing permittees that wish to remain covered under the 2024 PAG-02 must submit a renewal NOI (3800-PM-BCW0405h) to the Delaware County Conservation District by December 7, 2024.
