Penn State Extension is now recruiting new volunteers to join the 2021 Chester / Delaware Master Watershed Steward program!
Master Watershed Stewards work with the community to improve the health of our streams, rivers and other natural resources. Trainees must complete 40 hours of training and accrue 50 hours of volunteer service in the first year to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a Master Watershed Steward.
