NPDES PERMIT FEE CHANGES AND PLAN SUBMISSION DEADLINES (REVISED : October 18, 2010)

News :Changes to Title 25, Chapter 102 regulations become effective November 19, 2010.  Any project needing an NPDES Permit that is submitted to the Conservation District for review or renewal will be affected by the new Chapter 102 Regulations and NPDES fees imposed by the DEP.

General NPDES Permit Fees:

$500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Delaware County Clean Water Fund and

$100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund

Individual NPDES Permit Fees:

$1,500 administrative filing or “base” fee paid to Delaware County Clean Water Fund and $100 for each disturbed acre payable to the Commonwealth of PA Clean Water Fund
